Ever wanted to learn the tricks of fresh Italian style pizza? Want something a bit more special than a frozen supermarket pizza? Well now is your chance!
Our adult classes teach you the theories behind creating top quality pizza in your own home! Learn how to make delicious pizza dough from scratch, what the secret is to those rich, smooth Italian sauces that give European pizza it’s unique taste and of course, we’ll teach you how to spin and throw the base! You can even have a go at ‘hand-stretching’ your own base, something which seems to be boasted on any decent pizza these days (it gives you that lovely puffed up crust).
Learn all the tricks of the trade in our fun, hands on two hour workshops and finish with a truly traditional stone-baked pizza and some light refreshments in the company of like-minded pizza fans.
The perfect gift for a loved one, our workshops are suitable for novices and cooking experts alike. And once they’ve had the Pizzatainment experience, there’ll be no excuse for dipping into the frozen section at a supermarket again!
When?
Our workshops are held mid-week and also at weekends, generally from 6:30-8:30pm. Once you have your voucher, just choose from our list of events over the next three months and let us know when you’re coming. Easy!
Where?
Our workshops are held in the picturesque Bradfield village Hall and Stannington’s Lomas Hall. Both venues have sufficient parking and facilities for everyone with good disabled access
Who?
Anyone is welcome! Our workshops are suitable for any age or ability. Although anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All diets catered for including gluten free and vegetarian, please call for details.
How Much?
Only £45! Including refreshments and fresh salad to go with your pizza, and you’ll learn loads!
